Solution Overview
Nano silicon carbon anode material is a highly promising next-generation high-capacity anode material in the field of lithium-ion batteries. Its core is to combine the high lithium storage capacity of nano silicon (theoretical specific capacity of 4200 mAh/g, more than 10 times that of traditional graphite) with the conductivity and structural stability of carbon materials, while utilizing the nanoscale effect to alleviate the severe volume expansion of silicon during charging and discharging (about 300%), thus achieving the dual advantages of "high capacity + long cycle". The production line is designed around the core logic of "nano silicon preparation, carbon material composite, structure regulation, and performance optimization".
