Spray dryer

Lithium iron phosphate spray dryer is the core equipment in the production of cathode materials for lithium batteries. It is mainly used to convert lithium iron phosphate slurry into uniform microsphere particles through high-speed centrifugal atomization to achieve continuous drying and molding. Its core function is to solve problems such as wide particle distribution, poor sphericity, and metal pollution in traditional processes, directly improving battery energy density and cycle life.

Product Highlights

Narrow distribution particles
Through ultra-high linear velocity atomization at 250m/s and M-shaped atomization disc design, the D50 can be controlled to be 5-20 μ m in particle size, with a sphericity greater than 90% (traditional equipment only 25-30 μ m), and the packing density can be increased by 15%, directly enhancing the battery is charging and discharging performance.
Solid ball structure innovation
Optimize hot air distribution and drying path, solve the problem of hollow particles in traditional processes, and improve material compaction density.
Magnetic filtration technology
Intercepts iron ions throughout the process to avoid a decrease in conductivity.
Titanium alloy hot air duct
Resistant to Cl ⁻ corrosion, suitable for lithium extraction and high chloride wastewater in salt lakes.
Closed operation
Inert gas protection+negative pressure dust removal, dust escape rate<1mg/m ³, metal impurities ≤ 50ppm.
Integrated drying
The slurry is directly powdered, eliminating the need for crushing and screening processes, shortening the process by 30%, and reducing the risk of cross contamination.
