Ceramic Jaw Plate

Laboratory grade equipment (such as QHPE series) uses zirconia ceramic jaw plates to prevent metal foreign objects from mixing into sensitive materials such as lithium cobalt oxide and ternary materials.

Barrier plate isolation

Industrial models are equipped with PP material baffles at the discharge port to isolate metal shavings generated by the friction of the moving jaw rod, ensuring the purity of lithium carbonate raw materials.

Inverted tooth structure

1-2cm high triangular inverted teeth are added to the surface of the moving/fixed jaw to enhance the "biting" ability and reduce material splashing (reducing the return rate by more than 30%).

Spring cover plate system

The feeding bin is equipped with a gravity sensing cover plate, which automatically opens during feeding, seals and prevents dust during crushing, and blocks splashing materials.

Water mist spray

The side wall of the feeding bin is integrated with a multi nozzle system to suppress the diffusion of lithium containing dust, and with negative pressure suction, dust recovery can be achieved.

Intelligent monitoring

Large models support real-time monitoring of lubrication systems and overload alarms, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.
