Self-grinding mill

Self grinding machine is an innovative equipment that uses the material itself as the grinding medium, achieving crushing through the impact and mutual grinding between ores without the need for additional steel balls. In the production of lithium carbonate, it is mainly used to process coarse crushed ores such as spodumene and lithium mica, directly outputting fine powder below 0.1mm, greatly simplifying the intermediate/fine crushing process, and adapting to subsequent roasting or leaching processes.

Product Highlights

High crushing ratio (3000-4000)
Single machine replaces traditional multi-stage equipment of "medium crushing+fine crushing+coarse grinding", reducing energy consumption by more than 30%.
Low maintenance requirements
No steel ball medium wear, reducing downtime and replacement frequency, and reducing annual operation and maintenance costs by 25%.
Particle size is stable and controllable
The proportion of powder below 0.1mm exceeds 90%, the over crushing rate is less than 5%, and the leaching rate is improved.
Zero dust pollution
wet operation+enclosed cabin, dust escape rate<1mg/m ³, meeting the requirements of clean workshop.
Predictive maintenance system
Real time monitoring of bearing temperature, vibration, and liner wear, with an accuracy rate of fault warning greater than 95%.
Breakthrough in ultra large design
CITIC Heavy Industries 12.2m cylindrical autogenous mill (the world is largest) supports a single line annual production of 50000 tons of lithium carbonate project, increasing production capacity by 40%
