Agitated flotation machine
The lithium carbonate stirred flotation machine is the core equipment for separating and purifying lithium containing ores such as spodumene and lithium mica. Through mechanical stirring, the slurry is fully mixed with flotation agents and air, and the hydrophobicity difference on the mineral surface is utilized to achieve the separation of lithium concentrate and impurities. The equipment adopts a "U-shaped groove body+conical impeller" design, which is suitable for the production requirements of high-purity and low loss lithium carbonate. It is mainly used in the coarse selection and selection processes, with a processing particle size range of 0.3~0.01mm.
