Inert gas interface

Built in intake valve, can be filled with N ₂/Ar, residual oxygen content ≤ 50 ppm, to prevent titanium ion oxidation.

Sealed dust-free system

All stainless steel liner+silicone sealing ring, dust emission<10 mg/m ³, in compliance with GMP/FDA standards.
