Recycling

Intelligent dynamic control

Siemens PLC controls the spray gun pressure (0.2-0.6 MPa) and abrasive flow rate (0-30 kg/min) to ensure that the uniformity deviation of SiOx particle surface treatment is less than 5%.

Efficient continuous production

The rotary table model supports synchronous operation at 40 workstations, with a processing efficiency of 8-25 m ²/h (depending on the process level), saving 35% energy compared to traditional equipment.
