Positive pressure conveying

Positive pressure conveying is a continuous conveying method that uses compressed air as the power source to mix the material with the airflow, and then transports it along the direction of the airflow (positive pressure) in a sealed pipeline to the target location. Its core principle can be summarized as"coordinated movement of gas-solid two-phase flow".

Power source: The air compressor/ fan supplies high-pressure air flow, which forms a stable flow field through the pipeline.

Material transportation: The materials are fed tangentially or axially into the airflow by the feeding device, forming a suspended or agglomerated flow, which then moves forward along with the airflow.

Discharge separation: After reaching the destination, the airflow and the materials are separated by equipment such as cyclones and bag dust collectors. The materials fall into the storage bin, while the purified gas is recycled or discharged.
