Granulation reactor

The artificial graphite granulation reactor is the core equipment for coating and granulation of negative electrode materials in lithium batteries. It is mainly used for coating graphite particles with asphalt to form a core-shell structure, which improves the battery's cycle life and fast charging performance. Its core function is to achieve uniform mixing, reaction polymerization, and tail gas treatment of graphite and coating agent through high-temperature stirring, covering the entire process of "crushing mixing coating granulation".

Product Highlights

Dynamic crushing+stirring collaboration
The stirring mechanism drives the catalyst to penetrate into all levels of the material, increasing the collision frequency by 40% and solving the problem of uneven static coating in traditional methods.
Self cleaning scraper
Optimize the blade structure, reduce material accumulation in the kettle, and operate continuously for more than 120 hours without clumping.
Double stage cooling seal
Mechanical seal structure, avoiding abnormal wear under 700 ℃ working conditions, extending the service life by three times.
Explosion proof design
Real-time monitoring of oxygen content+nitrogen protection to eliminate the risk of high-temperature cracking and explosion of asphalt.
Multi point temperature control system
Material dual point monitoring+furnace temperature three-point feedback, PID algorithm accuracy ± 1 ℃, energy consumption reduced by 30%.
