Casting machine

The LLZTO tape casting machine is a precision equipment designed specifically for the preparation of solid electrolyte thin films. Through slit coating and multi-stage temperature-controlled drying technology, the LLZTO slurry is uniformly cast onto the base tape, and then dried at low temperature to form a dense and flat green tape for mass production of electrolyte layers in all solid state batteries.

Slit coating technology

By using a precision micrometer to adjust the gap between the cutting heads, the thickness of the green strip can be controlled between 10-300 μ m, with a uniformity of ± 1.5%.

Online thickness gauge

Real time monitoring of thickness fluctuations and feedback adjustment of coating parameters to prevent local over thickness/over thickness.

Multi zone temperature control

Independent temperature control in 5 zones, with temperature uniformity of ± 2 ℃, suitable for LLZTO low-temperature drying needs, to prevent lithium volatilization.

Closed loop solvent recovery

Integrated condenser recovers organic solvents with a recovery rate of over 95%, reducing VOC emissions and raw material costs.

Multi formula storage

The PLC system supports ≥ 50 sets of preset process parameters, allowing for one click switching between different thickness/slurry formulas to improve multi batch production efficiency.
